Between our office and Westerstede there is no long-distance client relationship, just a short drive through the Ammerland. On-site meetings are therefore our normal way of starting a project: we look at your business before we talk about your website. That spares both sides misunderstandings — and spares you plans that miss reality.
The Ammerland is nursery country, and Westerstede means rhododendron. Selling plants makes different demands than selling electronics: ranges depend on the season, living goods bring their own shipping rules, and without content that explains them, shrubs sell badly. A shop has to reflect that. With Shopware 6 and our own PHP development we fit the system to the business, not the other way round.
Trade businesses rarely need a shop, but almost always a website that brings in enquiries: services named clearly, past work visible, contact without detours. Depending on the scope we use WordPress or TYPO3 and work out the content plan alongside it. An SEO plan is part of that, so people find you when someone in the Ammerland searches for your trade.
We don't leave the site to fend for itself after launch. Hosting on our own servers in Germany, updates and maintenance come from the same team that did the development. If something jams, call: +49 441 21 21 63 0, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 16:00 CET. There is no hotline at the other end, just the team that built your site.
